Grace & Thorn
Studio 77 was briefed by Hackney Florists, Grace & Thorn, to develop their e-commerce presence, create a visual identity, and develop navigation tools for their wedding services.
In an effort to drive more engagement to their bespoke bouquets and luxury flowers, we created an advanced filtering system within their shop. To aid in this, we created bespoke icons to sit in the quirkier side of Grace & Thorn’s brand, allowing the user to select multiple filters to quickly refine their search.
As part of their customer experience, we created tools to give the user a better idea of the plant sizing. As part of this, we opted to create a ‘pots I fit in’ system on each individual plant page, informing customers and driving attention to in site pot shop. We also developed a site-wide sizing filter, and a masonry grid to ensure the size of the image appropriately displayed the size of the plant to scale.
In addition to this, we also worked closely on developing Grace & Thorn’s wedding pages. It was important to the client to showcase the custom wedding flower packages they offered through beautiful photography. These pages focus on carefully selected imagery and minimal text, using the new navigation system and icon’s to provide detailed information on the wedding and floral arrangements.
