+ Can I cancel at any point?
Yes! You aren't tied in to long contracts. All we need is 28 days notice to cancel your subscription.
+ If I don't use all my hours, do I get a refund?
Unfortunately not. If it's getting towards the end of the month and you have some hours left over, we'll send you a reminder email. If you don't have any edits in mind, then we can review your website and suggest improvements. We want want you to get the most out of our support packages as possible!
+ What kind of edits can you do in Squarespace?
We can tailor your monthly package to whatever you and your website needs. Here are some examples of regular requests we get:
- Updating text and images
- Implementing custom code
- Site review, where we suggest improvements
- Adding pages
- Installing Squarespace plugins
- Creating new sections within already existing pages
- Adding products (if you have an e-commerce Squarespace)
- Adding blog posts
- Sourcing stock photography for your website
- To name a few!
+ What if I need more hours for one month?
If we think your edits are going to exceed your allocated monthly time, we will let you know in advance and quote beforehand.
+ How do you make the edits?
In order to access and edit your Squarespace website, you'll need to add us to your Squarespace contributors list. (Don't worry, we'll talk you through how to do this!)
+ When is the payment taken?
The payment is taken the day that you sign up, i.e. 1st of the month, and then the following payments will be billed on the 1st of month.
+ How long does it take you to make the updates?
Depending on the size of your request, we aim to get all updates completed within 3 working days. For more complex jobs such as custom css or new page creation, it could take longer. We will always let you know a timescale up front.
