Hi, I’m Alex Vernon, nice to meet you.

I’m a spirited yet stubborn lateral thinker. From spending 4 hours on a 12-piece jigsaw puzzle when I was 3 years old- refusing help from every frustrated passer-by, to solving ‘whodunnit’ movies and unwelcomingly sharing how I did it using my ‘Abed from Community’ level of film knowledge. Needless to say, my brain doesn’t stop ticking!

With a background in Filmmaking and Events Production, I now live in Mexico City, where I spend my time designing, brushing up on my street photography skills and trying to find a tin of Heinz Baked Beans in Central America.

DID YOU KNOW

I broke my left arm when I was 6 years old while rollerblading down a grassy hill. In my defence, I thought the parked car at the bottom of the hill would stop me from zooming into the road. Luckily for the car, I nosedived before I got to the bottom.

I was a keen drummer throughout my secondary school years, and I used to be in a band, playing gigs in all the local pubs and school concerts.

I have a gorgeous Perrita called Kelce. She was found as a 3-month-old puppy roaming the hills of Ajusco National Park. She has been a part of the family for over a year now, and she is named after the great former NFL center of the Philadelphia Eagles, Jason Kelce (not Travis). Go Birds.
